For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our supplier's facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our supplier's facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Final Sale Policy
All items in our store are made to order and produced specifically for you at the time of purchase. Because these products are customized and manufactured on-demand, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for the following reasons:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Ordering the wrong size, color, or variant
-
Preference-based reasons (e.g., fit, feel, or style)
-
Accidental or duplicate orders
-
Failure to review size charts or product details
This does not affect your legal rights. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or otherwise not as described, please contact us within the stated claim period and we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with consumer-protection laws.
Exceptions
Because all of our products are made to order, several situations fall outside of our return, refund, and replacement coverage. The following circumstances do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or free reprints:
Customer-Provided Errors
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders affected by customer errors, including but not limited to:

Incorrect shipping address, missing apartment/unit number, or outdated address

Incorrect product selection (size, color, style, design, variant)
-
Accidental or duplicate orders
-
Failure to review sizing charts or product details before purchase

Typos, misspellings, or custom text provided by the customer in personalized designs
Fit, Feel, and Preference Issues
Because sizing and comfort are subjective and vary by individual, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Items that “don’t fit as expected” when the correct size was ordered

Items that feel different than expected (e.g., fabric weight, stretch, material softness)
-
Items that differ from personal style or preference
-
Minor variations in color due to screen/monitor differences
Normal Production Variations
Print-on-demand manufacturing may result in slight variations that do not qualify as defects, such as:

Minor shifts in print placement
-
Minor differences in color saturation
-
Slight differences between online mockups and final printed items
-
Natural fabric variations (texture, weave, thickness)
-
Slight sizing tolerances (typically up to 1″/2.54cm deviation is industry standard)
These variations are considered normal and not grounds for return or replacement.
Post-Delivery Wear, Damage, or Use
We cannot replace or refund products that become damaged or deteriorate after delivery due to:

Normal wear and tear
-
Improper washing or drying (not following care instructions)
-
Exposure to harsh chemicals or heat
-
Accidental damage (tears, stains, scratches, shrinkage, fading)
Only defects present at the time of delivery are covered.
Unclaimed, Undeliverable, or Returned-to-Sender Packages
The following situations do not qualify for free reshipment or refunds:

Packages returned to the supplier due to insufficient address

Packages refused by the recipient

Unclaimed packages held by local postal offices

Failed delivery attempts
-
Packages returned due to customs non-payment
Reshipping fees will apply if you request the order to be resent.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Customs fees are charged by your local government and are non-refundable. We do not reimburse or compensate for:

Customs duties

VAT/GST
-
Import taxes
-
Brokerage or handling fees
Delivered but Not Received
If the carrier marks a package as delivered to the correct address, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

Stolen packages
-
Mailbox theft
-
Packages taken by building or community mailrooms
-
Delivery disputes that show as “delivered” in carrier tracking
These cases must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
Unauthorized Returns
We cannot accept or process items returned without prior approval. Any unauthorized return shipments will:

Not be refunded

Not be reshipped back to the customer
This policy does not limit any consumer rights that may apply under relevant laws.
For US & Canadian customers, the governing law for disputes is the law of Republic of South Africa.
